I have been slowly going through some more of my old photos and found this one on the BLOG which brought back a few memories I thought I would share.

For those who know me, I have always been interested in things in the sky and was an avid fan of Sir Patrick Moore CBE. In June 2011, I had the pleasure of visiting him at his home in Selsey and managed to take the photo of him on this BLOG. The following year I had the pleasure of having Champagne and Cake with him at his (and mine) second transit of Venus.
